Typical Lambrusco Sorbara of a small and very valid reality, limited production. Pink Mousse with hints of violet. Delicious with tortellini, boiled meats and salami.

Our Lambrusco di Sorbara is obtained from the precious grapes of the vineyards that rise close to the Secchia river, in the center of the "lower" Modena area, an area characterized by sandy and permeable soils. The unique and valuable characteristics of this wine, with a slightly rosy froth, make it ideal to accompany the typical dishes of the local cuisine, especially tortellini, boiled meats, mixed meats and cured meats. Light ruby color and pleasant scent of violet.
