Product Description
- Aged for a minimum of 3 months in American white oak barrels. In aroma, you will find notes of cooked agave, wood, tree fruits and orange peel. It does not taste astringency in mouth but a sweet flavor.

- • Sight: A straw yellow color with golden nuances.
- • Body: We can find a quick and defined fall of a light body.
- • Aroma: Notes such as peach, red apple, wood and honey, subtle aromas of red fruits and peppermint.
- • Taste: To taste we can perceive the cooked agave and the wood with a good alcoholic balance.
- • Suggestion: Versatile for mixology, in cocktails based on citrus, fruits and herbs.
- • Pairing: Its pairing is with mole (a cooked chili sauce), pipián (a pumpkin seed sauce, roasted almonds or com, ground with green chill) and mancha manteles (it is a stew of assorted meat, chili peppers, vegetables, and fruits).
