SUMPTUOUS FLAVOUR
An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.

Tasting Notes
• The AROMA: Bitter dark chocolate, overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple
• The PALATE: Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan
• The FINISH: Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges

• About The Dalmore
• The Dalmore is a whisky distillery with a rich royal heritage, dating back to 1263 when King Alexander III of Scotland bestowed a 12-point Royal Stag emblem on Colin of Kintail, the first chieftain of Clan Mackenzie. Founded in 1839 by Alexander Matheson, the distillery has been renowned for its exceptional single malt whisky, with each bottle adorned with the stag emblem guaranteeing peerless quality. The distillery's unique stills produce a robust and fruity new make spirit, which is then matured in rare and exalted casks under the guidance of expert whisky makers, including Richard Paterson and current Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass.
