- • 30+ Hours - We process our carefully-selected wheat for 30+ hours.
- • 70 Hours - Fermented for 70 hours before being distilled in pot stills.
We start our process by meticulously sourcing the highest quality wheat and purest water for our vodka.
Once sourced, our wheat must be harvested at peak season, usually around mid-late June. The raw wheat is milled to create a mash.
The mash is mixed with water, which then ferments the sugars into alcohol. This process can take several days and occurs in fermentation tanks.
The fermented liquid, also known as "wash," is then distilled to increase its alcohol content. It's heated in a still, where the alcohol evaporates and then condenses into a liquid, leaving behind impurities. Our vodka is 5 times distilled to guarantee the cleanest and smoothest product.
Our vodka then goes through a rectification process through charcoal filtering. The goal is to remove any remaining impurities and achieve a high level of purity.
After the vodka has been properly diluted for consumption, it's ready for bottling and distribution.
