- Good things take time – so does our Padre Azul Añejo Tequila! Our agaves grow longer than required, up to 10 years. Then, in our distillery, we take our time to produce the best result for you and mature this magical spirit for at least 18 months in hand-selected bourbon oak barrels. That way we achieve this unique and smooth flavor profile: cinnamon mixed with chocolate and caramelized nuts. A tequila you’ll simply love!
- 2. Tasting Notes
- • Aromatic: Aromas of coffee, burnt caramel, vanilla and caramelized nuts give way to sweet hints of dried fruits such as dried cherry and apricot, along with sweet agave.
• Visual: Yellow-amber with hints of orange and a heavy body.
• Taste: Complex yet balanced, with flavors of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon and dried fruits. Extremely long, smooth finish.
