Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon is a unique award-winning bourbon finished with sherry oak sourced by the Master of Wood at Edrington, producers of the world's finest single malts.
70% of a bourbon's flavor comes from the wood and with Noble Oak we elegantly marry two of the world's most coveted cask types. First, time-honored methods are used to rest our bourbon in Charred New American White Oak barrels for a minimum of one year. Then, through our proprietary finishing process, we add complexity and flavor using Spanish Sherry Oak Staves, the same wood used to craft the world's finest and rarest whiskies.
The result is a totally unique bourbon that is elegantly balanced and bold in flavor. Notes of dried fruit, cherry, vanilla and spice pervade. A Great Bourbon with a Noble Heart.
