Our hand-picked grapes experience cool wind in the snowflake mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters of Sierra Nevada, where climate is a mixture of Mediterranean and Continental. Aged in 14 months in French oak barrels. The robust blend of this vintage gives great complexity, structure and elegance to the wine.

Intense deep rich red color. Aromas of ripe red and black berries, balsamic, mineral and spicy. On the palate it is tasty, tannic and powerful that makes it distinguished and special.

Chosen by King of Spain, Felipe VI during his visit at the Airbase Armilla, Ala 78, Granada.

Suggested Pairing: Dishes with tomato based sauce like lasagna and pizza. Barbecued and smoked meats. Gritts, polenta and corn. Cheeses: Cheddar, Gouda, Manchego and Pecorino. Peanut butter Chocolate.
